North Oil Office & Qatar Petroleum Tower
An iconic landmark located in Al Dafna, Doha Qatar, the prestigious high rise was initially the Head Quarters of Qatar’s International Islamic Bank (QIIB) and now hosts 32,000.00 sqm of offices for North Oil and Qatar Petroleum.
The 4 podium parking floors are covered with steel and perforated aluminum cladding, with a unique design that conveys the modern style architecture. While the body of the tower reflects the graceful curvature that integrates with itself to create a unique appearance unlike any other.
The interior design of the lobbies also complements very well the vision and design intent for the project. Energy efficiency was taken into consideration by adopting the stone cladding spandrel at the curtain system.

SUMMARY
Dara Engineering Consultants undertook the complete design and supervision of this project. We meticulously planned and designed the various elements, including road design, landscape design, infrastructure, architectural design, structural design, MEP systems, interior design, and authority approvals. During the Supervision Stage, we provided design review, project management, full supervision, quantity surveying, health and safety measures, testing and commissioning, and final handover. Our objective was to ensure the successful execution of the project in compliance with local regulations and standards.
