Madinatna City is designed to accommodate approximately 27,000 of the total population of Qatar.

Located in Al Wakra District Qatar on Plot No. 91110010, the project has a total plot area of 1,141,689.00 sqm with total built up area of 1,035,536.72 sqm. The project aims to provide an affordable residential complex that accompanies a total of 6,780 no. of units with ample number of parking of 8,372 slots. The complex is able to accommodate for a population of approximately 27,000 residents.

Madinatna City accommodated thousands of international fans for the FIFA 2022 World cup tournament in Qatar.

The project is based on community cluster design, reminiscent of traditional clustered Arabic courtyard houses with G+4 building height.

Facilities within the project:

The development consists of (30%) 2,040 two-bedrooms residential units and (70%) 4,740 three-bedrooms residential units.
